First look: Laurence Fishburne in 'CSI'

Just watch the 'highlight' of the replacement for Gil Grissom- not impressed. I am sure there is a better actor (not to stay that he is not a good actor), but Gil's character is not fitting Fishburne very well. He ignored the advice of nick about the tie and wore it to the crime scene. Sorry, but it is going to be hard to replace Gil (I actually believe 'Harmon' from NCIS would have been a better replacement).
