Many Saturday night viewers (including a certain Jonas 'Robin' Armstrong) were outraged at the BBC's decision to axe Robin Hood earlier this year. But after the shock deaths of Richard Armitage and Armstrong's characters in the series three finale, and Keith Allen's announcement that he wouldn't be returning for a fourth run, was there really anywhere else for the show to go?
