Fear not - new Tube Talk is coming later today!

A reference to Tyra Banks, I'll have you know, and not my weekend off. Let's get cracking...

Doug: "Have ITV comissioned a third series of Murder Investigation Team or has it been axed?"

Neil: No, they haven't. But that's not to say they won't.

Hannah: "Hi, Do you know if there will be a new series of No Angels on Channel 4? It's fab comedy and Dr McManus is one of the best characters on TV!"

Neil: Yup - series three is now filming for broadcast early in 2006.

Hadley: "Will VH-1/MTV UK show the US reality show "Hogan Knows Best" featuring Hulk Hogan?"

Neil: It's been on for around a month now. Check out VH-1 and TMF - you can't really miss it.

Rob: "Do you know if Living have acquired the rights to season 8 of Charmed and if so when will they start airing?"

Neil: It's only just begun in the US so don't expect it to see it here until early next year.

Jono: "Do you know if five's new sketch show Swinging has been commissed for a second series?"

Neil: I do.

Dawn: "Any word on when That 70s Show season 7 will be coming on? My guess would be October on Trouble TV, but now Paramount has been showing episodes, so could be either."

Neil: It's Trouble; weekdays at 5pm and 10.30pm from November 15. I should also give a shout out to a show called Fraternity Life, which begins on the channel October 31.

Robert: "Hi, I was wondering if you could tell me the ratings for the Paul O' Grady show? It's been a superb start so far! Is it true that the series will end towards Christmas?"

Neil: This series will end at Christmas, for sure. It's doing quite well in the ratings, pushing the 2.5 million mark and a close third behind Weakest Link and Neighbours.

Yvonne: "I understand that Marian Again was actually based on a true story. Do you have any details about what the final outcome was for all the characters concerned in real life?"

Neil: It wasn't based on one case in particular, although similar incidents have occurred in Belgium and Australia. Kelly Harrison, who played Marian/Susie, actually met a Belgian girl who went through the ordeal for real to research the part.

Kerry Godwin: "I know that the question has already been asked. Please coud you let me know if they are planning to repeat The Strangest Village in Britain yet? Thanks"

Neil: Still nothing on the horizon, Kerry, although More4 is the place to watch (it launches on Monday, don't you know).

Dee Caprio: "Neil when can we expect the new season of Cold Case to begin? I heard the show "Life as we know it" was cancelled, surprised the heck out of me. I also heard the network recieved many complaints about the cancelation of this show. Any chance they will take it off the chopping block, film and release a new season? Thanks as always you are "Da Bomb Diggity"!"

Neil: Another show that's only just begun in the US, so expect January time on Sky One. The show will re-air from the start on new station Sky Three next month. As for As We Know It, no chance. "Grieve, find acceptance and move on" is the best advice I can give.

Emma: "Just a few questions - When will desperate housewives season 2 be airing in the UK, presumably after lost as finished? Also will we be getting season 3 of Everwood on Living or season 3 of Joan of Arcadia?"

Neil: You presume correctly. Still no word on season three of either of those shows, although I must confess, I've been watching the early morning repeats of Everwood and I'm now a fully signed-up Andy Brown fan. And poor Colin!

Fran: "Why has Arrested Development, the excellent but underrated, comedy been put in a graveyard slot on BBC2? The show is equally as good as other comedies from the FOX network, e.g. Family Guy. I recently watched an episode in which Liza Minnelli made an excellent guest role, it's just a shame that it's on gone 11 on a Sunday night - will it change time or day?"

Neil: Unlikely, for two main reasons. First up, "excellent" doesn't always equal corresponding ratings (unfortunately). FOX in the US realised that but commissioned more through faith, although as ratings are still dire, I suspect it could well meet its demise sooner rather than later. Second, the BBC restrict themselves - and quite rightly too - on the amount of imports they air in prime hours. So Sunday at 11.20, where it's seen by around a half million viewers, is probably the best you'll get for now.

Suzanne: "Do you know when the next series of L & O: CI will be shown on Channel Five (series 3)? Thanks a lot."

Neil: Nothing's set in stone, but I'm told you should expect "early 2006".

Janet: "I am unable to get ABC1 after 6p.m. on Freeview (even though they have been advertising it), although I live in London. I have, I think rescaned, if this is a case of checking for new downloads?. Do you know of any other way of obtaining this channel after 6p.m."

Neil: By getting Sky or cable. Unfortunately the extra hours are not available through Freeview - for now, at least.

Mike W: "Hi there Neil, I was wondering if you know if and when the TV series Supernatural, (which is sort of a rather good cross between 'Buffy' and the 'X files') if it will be gracing our screens here in the UK? and also which channel?"

Neil: ITVs 1 and 4, from January. I'd agree it's good, but nowhere near X File quality.

Doug Davis: "There was a song at the end of last night's CSI Miami show. Do you know the artist's name and title of the song?"

Neil: Assuming you mean the episode aired in the US, it's 'Save Us All' by Jeff Austin Black. Have another listen here.

Neil Postlethwaite: "When is Dream Team scheduled to be back on Sky One, I haven't received my October Sky Mag and it normally starts October.!

Neil: Next Sunday, October 16, at 8pm.

Annabelle: "Has anyone bought the rights to show the Tyra Banks Show in the UK?"

Neil: Yes! In a slight step backwards on their "no talkshows" rule, Living TV will air this show from the start, weekdays at 1.45pm and 6pm from November 7.

That's it for this week. Join me again next week if you fancy some more...
