This week we're happy to enlighten you return dates for Burn Notice, The Office and Nurse Jackie and explain just what the heck is going on with Nikita and Come Fly With Me...
Is Melissa Joan Hart and Joey Lawrence's show Melissa & Joey ever going to air in the UK?
Do you want the good news or the bad news first? In short, while it may be well into its second season over in the US on ABC Family, Melissa & Joey has still not been picked up by any traditional UK broadcaster. I know, we're disappointed too.
However, there is a glimmer of hope for Clarissa / Sabrina / Blossom fans who want to follow Hart and Lawrence's latest exploits - the entire first season of Melissa & Joey is available to UK residents via Netflix, so if you're a member of the online streaming service, you can watch the show right now! The rest of you will just have to keep on waiting and hoping...
What happened to Come Fly with Me?
We'll be honest, we'd more or less forgotten about David Walliams and Matt Lucas's divisive Little Britain follow-up, but it seems some of you are still anxious to know what's going on with the airport-set comedy! Despite a mixed critical reaction, Come Fly with Me was picked up for a second series way back in January 2011. But almost 18 months later and there's still no sign of new episodes...
According to Mr Walliams himself, the official explanation is that Come Fly with Me is "on hold" due to his and Lucas's busy and conflicting schedules. So it's Britain's Got Talent and...erm... The Matt Lucas Awards that are holding up the show's return. Are you still eager to see the likes of Omar Baba and Precious Little return?
When is Nikita back in the UK? I heard it was June but so far nothing...
You did hear right, season two of the Maggie Q spy drama was originally intended to debut on Sky Living in June, but it's now been bumped a month and will officially premiere on Friday, July 6 at 9pm. Expect plenty of action, shocking twists and maybe even a surprise death or two when Nikita returns...
Over in the US, The CW recently picked up Nikita for a third season too - despite some early concerns about the show's future - so fans have plenty more to look forward to! Let's just hope that Sky pick up those episodes too.
When are we going to get new episodes of Burn Notice - I love that show!
We bring tidings of joy - the fifth season of Burn Notice is coming to FX and will get its UK premiere on Monday 16th July at 9pm. So you've got a little over a month to wait until you find out how Michael (Jeffrey Donovan) is dealing with being back at the CIA...
Again, a sixth season of Burn has already been confirmed and series star Gabrielle Anwar (Fiona) told Digital Spy that "the show itself can go on for a very long time" - good news all round!
When is Dallas due to air on Channel 5 in UK?
This reboot of the classic American melodrama is either going to be glorious or horrendously awful, but unfortunately UK viewers won't find out which until Dallas premieres on Channel 5 in September. But if the series is anywhere near as clever as its first tongue-in-cheek promo picture, which mocks the infamous shower resurrection of returning star Patrick Duffy, then we'll be in for a treat.
Until then, we've got a video preview and some first-look images of Jesse Metcalfe, Josh Henderson, Larry Hagman, Linda Gray and the rest of the Ewing clan to feast your eyes on. We can't wait to find out who shot JR all over again!
When will the second half of The Office US be on Comedy Central?
Never fear, Comedy Central have assured us that they're getting round to bringing you all the action from Dunder Mifflin asap as possible (that's an in-joke, not a typo - promise). The show is on its mid-season break right now and is currently poised to return on October 16 with the 13th episode of season seven, 'Ultimatum'.
The title refers to Holly's (Amy Ryan) threat that she will dump A.J. (Rob Huebel) unless he proposes by the end of 2010 (yeah, it's kind of an old episode). The outcome of said ultimatum will be revealed, but the real treats of the episode are Michael (Steve Carell) dancing to Kelly Clarkson and Dwight (Rainn Wilson) making a New Year's resolution to "meet loose women".
Has a return date for Nurse Jackie been confirmed yet?
Yes! The almost-comedy starring Edie Falco as the titular medical pro will return for a fourth season July 3 at 10.30pm on Sky Atlantic. A total of 10 new episodes will air on the channel, which nabbed up the rights from the BBC last season.
The premiere, entitled 'Kettle-Kettle-Black-Black', sounds like a doozy too, as Jackie makes a drastic decision after a shock death at her home and Eddie (Paul Schulze) reveals something devastating to Kevin (Dominic Fumusa). Oh, and there's more good news Nurse Jackie fans - Showtime has renewed the series for a fifth season.
