Forgive me for going a bit Popjustice on you for a moment, but I think it's time UKTV Food got a bit of credit for the superb promo items they're sending to the press right now.

As evidenced left, the channel has filled my cupboards with a variety of sweet treats in an attempt to get me in the festive mood, from brownies to biscuits and Christmas pud. You may have noticed that there's also a sticky toffee apple left over from Hallowe'en.

Promote correctly (read: feed me well) and I shall deliver: James Martin's Christmas Feasts airs on UKTV Food from Monday, December 10 at 9pm.
