All Hell breaks loose in the final episode of Nearly Famous, airing tonight (Thursday) at 11pm on E4.

Seriously. There's more angst in this one episode than you'd find in an entire season of Everwood.

At the centre of it all is Lila, who is giving headaches to no fewer than three men all at once. Matt is pressuring her to lie about their encounter in Brighton, Ash is suspicious about what she's been up to and a jealous Owen starts lashing out with his fists.

Even poor innocent Joe falls victim to the bad atmosphere. Expect shouting, screaming and even four-letter swearing from the good boy gone bad.

The series ends with an unlikely duet that mirrors the finale of The O.C.'s inaugural season.

What do you think of Nearly Famous? Has it become your new guilty pleasure or been a big wet disappointment? Leave me your thoughts below!

Just watched my recording of the final episode and I loved it! The ending was incredible- even though it mirrors the ending of The O.C, it was still heartwrenching. Now although, the song gets me every time I head it and with this copy it was just as good. The characters were brill, the writing was great but above all I find the acting was incredible, no wonder each of them is finding their way into the acting world very well. I hope so much for a second season or at least a DVD release of season one. Shame on e4 to give such a poor time and no promotion for such a good show as it deserved so much more. It was better than some other shows in the same genre. Again, loved the show and found the entire being of the show 100%!

I thought it was fabulous, every episode was awesome. I reckon there will be another series and Owen will blatantly come back, he's to hot to leave!

I watched every episode and, while it had its moments, it was largely disappointing. The characters just seemed so fake and there wasn't much to like about them - far too needy. The accents of the two female leads really grated on me after a while. The clothes they all wore looked ridiculous too. Much prefer Skins.

I really loved this show, it was very original and the way they dressed , what was that all about?. I think it was good as skin , hope there is a second season.

I really loved it. It felt real emotions after seeing all thre episodes. All six were great. She writes from the heart. It think that Owen fell in Love in the end. But then it was too late. I hope that there is a series 2 so that there can be a happy ending. I think that considering that it was on so late it did really well. It was showing people that teens can be creative and that everyone is special in there own way. Bring it back to the tv! Who agrees? We can complain about British TV all day. Nearly famous was better that allot of what is shown normally!

I have completely falling in love with this programme. I like skins, but there is something very special about Nearly Famous. I can't quite put my finger on it. It surpassed all expectations! THANK YOOU CHANNEL 4! You've done it once again!

Hi I think that it is great. Everyone can relate to someone within the programme. Its great. Bring on Ser 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The final epi was so sad. But I do think it shows there is more to come. Lots left unsaid. Owen is very cute and so are the rest of them. He so loves Lila but there was no kiss. How sad. Do you know if there is another series?

I loved it even better then skins, really good I hope it gets a second series and that channel 4 treats it better then it has done.

Considering it's aired at 11pm with virtually no promotion - and absolutely no repeats - I doubt a second series is likely. After a shaky start it's proved to be not that bad - and if they're given the chance to sort out the main problems of the first series, it could really develop. It's the pretentious stage school crap which has been it's downfall - last weeks episode when they left that all behind was by far the best so far.

I've really enjoyed Nearly Famous and I hope it gets a second season or at least a DVD release! I've downloaded them all from 4OD and have watched each episode at least twice :D It's great!

I think there should be quite a few more episodes, there's been nowhere near enough of it for me. I have enjoyed what I've seen though... hope tonight highers my hopes. Any chance of it having a second season, maybe a bit longer than the first, too?

Nearly Famous is just as good as Skins, and considering I completely despised it, well, go figure.
Tom Twink, East London, on December 13th, 2007
The only reason to watch is Owen! A big disappointment.
