I had a great day

I had the privilege of going along to the first UK screening of Cloverfield - a mysterious new "disaster" movie from Lost god JJ Abrams - earlier this week. Without doubt this ranks as one of the best things I've ever seen up on the big screen. Avoid all spoilers, go see it as soon as you can after it opens on February 1!

Anyway, gush over - back to the smaller screen and Primeval, the second series of which is now well underway on Saturday nights.

As you'll have seen, Cutter's dappy love interest Claudia Brown has been "creatively replaced" by PR guru Jenny Lewis. Here's some previously unseen footage from our exclusive cast interviews, featuring actress Lucy Brown revealing a little more about her new alter ego:



The other new character to keep an eye on is Connor's new girlfriend Caroline. Her hidden agenda is revealed in next week's (Jan 26) episode, including a big revelation about who she is working for (Hint: our video interviews provide some visual clue), Meanwhile, I hear it could be the end of the road for Rex...
