Just caught Dis/connected tonight by chance. It definitely deserves a series. Intriguing, well based characters and plot line. More please....

I was flicking through the channels when I saw Dis/connected on the tv guide. I had never heard of the series before and decided to watch it. From the first few minutes I was drawn in and hooked. The pilot is great and gives viewers what they want to see. It is surprising that it has not done that well, maybe it needs to be advertised more effectively. I recommend it to anyone and hope it becomes a series.

I really enjoyed the Dis/connected pilot. I had no idea it was a pilot and am pretty gutted now that it might not continue. I totally agree with someone elses comment that had it been on E4 the viewing figures would have been far greater. I only watched it by chance - it wasnt exactly advertised particularly well. But we need it back!

If BBC doesn't commission a series of Dis/connected, they're fools. It was by far better than Skins-unlike the latter, Dis/Connected kept me rapt throughout, managing to make an engaging teen drama with an actual touch of bitter realism. I found it funny and moving at the same time. Shame it wasn't advertised better-like nearly everyone on here I only found it by chance, skimming channels in the ad breaks.

Like sooo many other people I found Dis/Connected by chance when browsing through BBC Iplayer. I thought it was great, and really refreshing to see a teen drama with realism. The characters were well written and wonderfully played by the actors! I searched the net to see when it was next on, and was gutted to find out it's only a pilot! Being part of their target audience (I'm 20) I definitely hope it becomes a series! I think it just needs wider advertising. In comparison to Skins, it's much more appealing!

i loved dis/connected... and i would love to see it as a series... As many people i found it by chance, and to be honest im really glad i did... i think this drama would have got loads more viewers if it had been advertised better!!! 10/10 for me on dis/connected

The things I haven't told you all the way - although I have to admit I didn't see Mrs Inbewteeny - saw the rest though and thought The Things I haven't told you was by far the best one - it really kept me wondering for ages afterwards - so frustrating that they won't just hurry up and show more - I couldn't believe there was only one of them!!!
Alyce, Cambridge on April 10th, 2008
Dis/Conected was definitely the best of the lot, followed closely by Mrs In-Betweeny. The both of them being perfect viewing for me. The other four are just not needed.

I hate Skins, I think it's pathetic and doesn't reflect my age group whatsoever, (I'm 18). Anyway, I thought Dis/Connected did such an amazingly better job of doing this. I loved this.

Dis/Connected was excellent and ud love to go to that colege they wereat pretty snazzy or what?!

I thought Dis/connected was really good. I too stumbled across it by accident, then remembered that I had actually seen 1 ad for it. I'm prob not the target audience being in my early 30's, but I really thought it was thought provoking. I hadn't realised that it was only a pilot and acutally tunned in expecting it to be on last night and was dissappointed when it wasn't. Please can we have a full series it would be interesting to see what happens next to the characters.
Stef, Hull, UK on April 7th, 2008
Dis/Connected was very good, and I only found it by chance as I was looking through the EPG bored one night. I was a bit saddened to hear it was only a pilot, as I was hoping to keep watching every week as I mistakenly thought it was a new series.
Tasha, Bradford on April 7th, 2008
I really enjoyed watching Dis/Connected especially seen as though it covers real life situations which teenagers are able to empathise with! Its a shame we have to wait for the next episode!
Adam, London on April 7th, 2008
I thought Dis/Connected was great. I didn't realise BBC had been piloting shows so have got back from work this evening dissapointed to see that I won't be seeing a second episode this evening. Although it is similar to Skins to a degree, this appears to have an increased sence of realism about it which I found more interesting. It's more serious, with the gags more subtle and to some extend funnier. With Skins due to finish soon and their next series no longer following the current cast I believe, there is an opening here for Dis/connected to take advantage of and fill the imminent Skins void.

Like most other comments, I found Dis/Connected by accident. I was actually watching Numb3rs over on Five US, but flicked through the channels during the breaks. Funny part is, both times I flicked over, it wasn't appropriate for family viewing (Ben and the other girl in the toilets, and the posh girl saying "I heard her father tried to do stuff to her, like shag her". Glad I went to BBC iPlayer to watch it though
Knuxs, West Midlands on April 7th, 2008
Dis/Connected was totally fantastic!! Found it by accident, but pleading for it to be a series. Good mix of everything, and beats Skin by the sheer quality of the acting.
Kristian, Lincoln on April 7th, 2008
I have just seen disconnected and it really got me i have a friend who seems 2 be depressed. Some of the chats we have sometimes worries me, and watching this has made me realise this. I know this sort of thing happens everyday but you don't pick it up as it not on TV and not published. I believe making this show will help teenagers and adults realise how to pick up on things like suicide. Well done BBC three!!!!!!

I think you got it pretty much right =]. Loved 'Being Human' and loved 'Dis/Connected' The rest were mediocre apart from 'Phoo action' which was just S**te. My top 6 would go:
1. Being Human
2. Dis/Connected
3. The Things I Haven't Told You
4. Mrs In-Betweeny
5. West 10 LDN
6. Poo Action

Dis/Connected is amazing. Admitidley it is obviously trying to ensnare the usual skins subscribers (a little shamelessly!), but Dis/Connected is well written, well performed, and something that the majority of teenagers can relate to. Superb.
Sarah, London on April 6th, 2008
I only managed to catch Dis:connected but I was impressed. I found it more realistic than Skins and liked the soundtrack too. I'd definitely like to watch more. I found it on iplayer by chance but hadn't seen it advertised anywhere. When Skins started it had ten times the hype/publicity.
Kristina on April 5th, 2008
I like Dis/connected the best out of all of them..=)
Colin, Liverpool on April 4th, 2008
i seen dis/connected yeterday thought it was really good andwell acted really shows what the teenage scene is like nowadays
Deborah, London on April 3rd, 2008
West 10 LDN and Dis/Connected were really good! if you didn't like it there must be something wrong! Because i am a teenager (18) i was surprised that they actually got a lot of it quite right although some parts were over dramatised. I didn't mind though!

DIS / CONNECTED - i was just browsing channels, there was nothing on, the name 'dis / connected' doesn't appeal to the audience the BBC is looking for. they need to change the name, on first look it seems like a lifeless documentary so i didnt click, then went back because there was nothing else on. I ended up loving it, and praying theres a full series, much better than skins, the concepts, acting, and layout is much better. does anyone know if there will be a full series?
Antonia on April 3rd, 2008
I think that Dis/connected was excellent. I stumbled onto this by accident and I watch BBC3 quite regulary and did not see 1 advert for it. I found that it was culturally diverse and would appeal to people from different backgrounds. It reminded me of when I was at college and was hilariously funny. I would be shocked if it did not get comissioned as I have seen all 6 and think Dis/connected was the best by far.
Mary, London on April 3rd, 2008
Dis/Connected was definitely a drama I would like to see continue!!
Richard, Essex on April 3rd, 2008
West 10 LDN was awsome it is definatly worth the wholes series please put it on it was soooooooo good
Jon, London on April 3rd, 2008
More involving characters and less bbc attempting to be ghetto than West 10, and far less middle class and ridiculous stories than seen in Skins, I enjoyed it.
Elise, Aberystwyth on April 2nd, 2008
Being Human was by far the best. It was amazing and definately deserves a full series.
Rosie, London on April 2nd, 2008
1: Being Human (absolutely brillian, there is a petition for this one, facebook groups, and personally i thought it already was a series!)
2: West 10 LDN (characters seemed interesting and would have liked to see more)
3: Phoo Action (really fun to watch!)
Kaz (26), Montrose, Scotland on April 2nd, 2008
DIS/CONNECTED i thought this program was real good gritty entertainment for the older teen/young adult which would probably attract a lot of the viewers of programs like skins and shameless, the small viewing figures could be something to do with bbc 3's schedule and lack of support (advertisement) had this been on e4 i think it would have pulled in a lot more viewers.
Rida, London on April 1st, 2008
I was sort of disappointed with phoo action, but i did find it quite amusing. i hope it comes back. dis/connected was really good though. i was surprised to hear it didn't get alot of veiwing, but to be fair it probably wasn't advertised enough, since i came onto it completely accidentally on the virgin on-demand thingy.
Sophie, Essex on April 1st, 2008
I only watched Being Human, After my parents has said it was brilliant so I caught a repeat, I thought it was excellent and this is coming from a girl who watches sopas and reality tv shows on MTV....
Anthony, Somerset on April 1st, 2008
Phoo Action got picked up because Jaime Winstone was in it! That's got to be the only reason. It's so bad! Oh, and did anyone see Lucy Evans (Lauren from Corrie) in Dis/Connected and in The Things...... I was like "Eh?"
Daniel, My Computer Chair on April 1st, 2008
1: Being Human ( Outstanding )
2: The Things I Haven't Told You + Dis/Connected ( Both Really Good )
3: Mrs Inbetweeney (just average)
4: West 10 LDN (Give me a break)
5: Phoo Action (It was awful)
I say they pull the plug on Phoo Action... which actively seeks cult attention to a desperate degree and give it up to a show with real potential such as dis/connested or the things i havent told you.... If being Human is not commisioned I am phisically going to burn down the Phoo Action set! I should not have said that:P
