Perez, along with Ramon Rodriguez and Amy Farrington, has joined CBS drama Exit 19, starring Geena Davis. The series is about a single mother/murder detective (Davis) and Perez will play Lorna, her partner on the Brooklyn force.
Lance Barber has won a lead role in CBS's Single White Millionaire, while James Burrows has signed up to direct the sitcom. Barber will play the best friend of the millionaire main character (Fred Savage).
Bill English (Cavemen) has joined Fox comedy Outnumbered, about parents trying to bring up their three unusually bright children. English will play the younger brother of the father.
The CW medical drama pilot Austin Golden Hour has signed up David Rogers to play chief resident Ash.
Elsewhere, Gary Fleder is in negotiations to direct ABC crime drama Finnegan and Bharat Nalluri is expected to lead ABC comedy Cupid.
