Ellenor's on a mission to get the innocent Senator Ellison (Dylan Baker) out of prison, a challenge to say the least; Rebecca meets the legendary John Mockler (Ron Silver), the country's leading death penalty attorney, when she backs him on his latest case; and Eugene feels personally responsible for securing the parole of Leonard Marshall (Charles S. Dutton) who, under his counsel 15 years ago, was jailed for a crime he says he didn't commit, on "The Practice," airing in a special time period, Sunday, September 30 (10.00 - 11.09PM, ET) on the ABC Television Network.
