Timothy Olyphant has joined the cast of FX's legal drama Damages, says The Hollywood Reporter.
The Hitman actor will play a man who becomes involved in the life of Ellen Parsons (Rose Byrne) as she is forced to deal with her ruthless boss Patty Hewes (Glenn Close) and a new client (William Hurt).
Olyphant's previous screen credits include Die Hard 4.0, Deadwood and Go.
Last year, FX ordered two more seasons of Damages after it averaged impressive viewing figures for its inaugural run.
