TNT picks up Surnow's 'Night And Day'

Night And Day revolves around an agent working for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. It will be Surnow's first TV project since exiting 24 earlier in the year.
Surnow wrote the pilot script with Todd Robinson and the pair will executive produce the show.
The ex-24 man is also working on two movies: a spy thriller for United Artists and Martin Campbell and a rom-com titled The Face.
