More cast appointments for '24'

Several new actors will be joining the cast of 24 for its upcoming third season, according to The Hollywood Reporter today.
The largest role goes to DB Woodside, formerly of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, who will play President Palmer's new Chief of Staff, replacing Mike Novick, fired by Palmer at the end of season two.
Agnes Brookner will play a young woman whose boyfriend is a drug dealer, whilst Zachary Quinto will join the cast in an as-yet unspecified role.
The third season, premiering on October 28, is set three years after the second.
