Ant & Dec show makes weak start in US
Ant and Dec's new primetime US gameshow failed to attract much of an audience for its first episode on Monday.

Wanna Bet?, in which members of the public put money on whether the pair can complete various stunts, is their first major show outside the UK.

The programme was watched by 3.1m on ABC between 9pm and 10pm - less than all the other major broadcast networks.

"We’re looking forward to growing our audience here over the series," Declan Donnelly was quoted as saying.

At the same time a repeat of medical drama House drew 7.8m viewers to Fox and reality show Nashville Star was watched by 5.8m on NBC.

CBS led the way from 9pm to 9.30pm with a repeat of Two And A Half Men drawing 9.6m, then New Adventures Of Old Christine was seen by 7.4m until 10pm.
