Reality show to find new pornstar

Porn will be the centre of a new US reality series heading for the premium and pay-per-view channels.
The as-yet untitiled show will see 28 women "competing" for a one year contract with a major adult video distributor and a cash prize of $100,000 (£60,000).
Harry Feingold, CEO of production company Silhouette, told the AP that the seven one-hour shows would begin on the iN DEMAND Network January 8. A DVD of extra "hardcore" footage is also being planned.
"It's like `Paradise Hotel,' when they go behind the scenes," said Feingold. "Everybody wants to know what's going on. Well, here you see it."
In each of the seven episodes, four women arrive at a Los Angeles house for interviews, photoshoots and "surprises." Exactly what those surprises are remains a mystery, although the programme's website promises "uninhibited nudity and sizzling sexuality" and "real people having real sex!"
Viewers will help pick eight finalists for a 90-minute finale when the winner will be announced.
"Pay-per-view gives us the freedom to take reality television where it has never gone before," Feingold added. "The last stigma today for audiences isn't renting adult films, it's admitting it, and this series offers viewers a fun, behind-the-scenes look at the star-making process in a multibillion dollar industry. This show is not just for men, but for wives and girlfriends who enjoy both reality TV and adult entertainment."
