The actor, who plays Jack Donaghy, accused chiefs of failing to promote the show, though he stopped short of including network executive Jeff Zucker in his comments.
"Zucker, I like... but everybody who works for Zucker I have reservations about," Baldwin told the New Yorker. "If the show does succeed, it'll be something of a f**king miracle, because NBC hasn't done a f**king thing to help this show at all.
"This show is the red-headed stepchild in the lineup. They've gone out of their way to wring the last drops out of My Name Is Earl and Scrubs. Those shows are done! They're cooked!"
30 Rock, which also stars Tina Fey, centres around the production of a fictional sketch-comedy show. It has already ran for two seasons on the network and a third is set to premiere on October 30.
