The finale of long-running sitcom Friends will be treated as a regular episode, it was announced in America on Tuesday.
Speaking on a panel at the Television Critics Association press tour, Friends producer David Crane said that he hoped the last episode will be "organic," and not too far away from the show's regular episodes in terms of the storylines featured.
In order to keep the finale secret, important parts of it have been taped without a studio audience, it was revealed in trade magazine TelevisionWeek.
