Fox puts modern spin on 'Snow White'

Fox has announced plans to make Georgia And The Seven Associates, a contemporary take on the Snow White fairytale.
The hour-long comedy is described as The Devil Wears Prada meets Taxi in the world of Los Angeles law firms.
The show will centre on a lawyer who is pushed out of her stepmother's legal practice and sets up a storefront office with seven lawyers.
Chris Brancato and Bert Salke will produce Georgia for Disney-owned ABC Studios with Ken Kwapis directing the pilot. David Weissman and David Diamond are scripting the show.
"It is L.A. Law vs. the little engine that could," said Brancato. "The tone we are looking to do is grounded, and the humour comes out of the characters."
