The 15-year-old's pledge to the teen drama's future comes after reports suggested she was deliberately trying to get herself fired by turning up late at the Disney studios and talking about leaving the cast.
It was also claimed Cyrus did not get along with her co-star Emily Osment.
Cyrus told People: "I am fully committed to Hannah Montana. It is what gave me this amazing opportunity to reach out to so many people.
"I'm really excited about our new season. We are making great new episodes that I can't wait for our fans to see."
A tailor-made Disney film is currently being written for the actress by author Nicholas Sparks.
