Antoine Fuqua and Matthew Carnahan are developing the pilot ICE for NBC, reports Variety.
The show will centre on the Immigrations and Customs Enforcement division of homeland security.
Established after the 9/11 terror attacks, ICE monitors everything - including arms, drugs, counterfeit money and people - that crosses the US border.
Fuqua, whose directing credits include Training Day and King Arthur, will helm the pilot from a script by Dirt creator Carnahan. The pair will serve as executive producers alongside Michael De Luca (21).
