Entertainment Weekly has confirmed with an FX spokesperson that the show would not be returning for a third series.
The Riches revolved around the Malloys, a family of grifters who settle in an affluent suburb in the US Deep South. Minnie Driver also starred in the show.
The show's future had been up in the air since the second season wrapped up in April. The Riches actor Todd Stashwick last week posted a message on his MySpace page stating that the show had been cancelled.
