The now-infamous "nipplegate" incident during the Super Bowl halftime show was the most TiVo'ed moment in the US ever, TiVo has confirmed.
TiVo says that the incident when Justin Timberlake ripped a leather cup off Janet Jackson's costume, exposing Jackson's right breast for a second before CBS hastily cut away to another shot, "drew the biggest spike in audience reaction
TiVo has ever measured." The company reports that viewership spiked a whopping 180% as viewers used TiVo's live-replay feature to watch the incident over and over again.
