John Mahoney and Hope Davis have joined the cast of HBO drama In Treatment, says The Hollywood Reporter.
The show follows the life of psychoanalyst Paul Weston (Gabriel Byrne) as he meets his regular patients and pays weekly visits to his own therapist, Gina Toll (Dianne Wiest).
Davis (Infamous, The Weather Man) will play a successful malpractice lawyer who blamed Weston for being single and childless.
Mahoney, best known as Frasier's Martin Crane, has signed up to play a CEO who finds that life is getting away from him.
