Stephen Colbert is to release a Christmas album this year.
The political satirist has teamed up with Elvis Costello, Willie Nelson and Daily Show cohort John Stewart for A Colbert Christmas: The Greatest Gift Of All.
Colbert will also air a TV special with the same name in the US on November 23, with a joint DVD and CD release two days later.
The digital-only album has been written by Daily Show producer David Javerbaum and Adam Schlesinger from Fountains Of Wayne.
