According to Entertainment Weekly, Cohen, in character as his camp Austrian fashion reporter, began to interrupt a dramatic courtroom scene while appearing as an extra in the jury box.
Security promptly removed Cohen from the set, with an insider commenting: "No one had a clue it was Sacha playing Bruno. It's amazing he was able to infiltrate the set and pull this off."
Cohen has been travelling the globe filming Bruno, his follow-up to 2006's comedy Borat.
