Irish TV presenter Patrick Kielty will host a new primetime TV gameshow in the US, The Sun reports today.
American network ABC has signed up the Fame Academy host to front Deal Or No Deal, a new "big money show" which is tipped to eclipse the success of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?
Kilety, who is being paid an estimated £8 million, said: "I'm thrilled and can't wait to get started. I just hope the Americans take to me."
As well as his new US show, Kielty is also committed to two new primetime projects for the BBC.
