The Battlestar Galactica actress will play Special Agent Alex Forrest, a no-nonsense operative who is paired up with Chuck (Zachary Levi) when General Beckman becomes concerned about the bond the eponymous spy is forming with Agent Sarah Walker (Yvonne Strahovski).
In addition, Six Degrees star Jonathan Cake and model Brooklyn Decker have signed up to guest in the Josh Schwartz-created show.
Cake will portray an MI6 spy for a multi-episode run, while Decker is to play a new Buy More employee in episode 15 of the current season.
