'Family Guy' creator is TV's smartest man

The 35-year-old, who executive producers and voices animated comedies Family Guy and American Dad for Fox, topped Entertainment Weekly's list of 25 due to his $100 million earnings.
He will launch a Family Guy spinoff, The Cleveland Show, next year.
30 Rock creator Tina Fey, CBS president Nancy Tellem, writer-actor Tyler Perry and Disney Channel's Gary Marsh complete the top five.
Also featured on the list are Oprah Winfrey, Gossip Girl creator Josh Schwartz, J.J. Abrams and Simon Cowell.
