New delays for live US TV shows

ABC has decided to implement a five-second delay on its live breakfast programme Good Morning America as well as talk-show The View, it has emerged.
The New York Post reports that the delay was implemented on Wednesday when Janet Jackson appeared on GMA. It was a "wardrobe malfunction" involving Jackson during the Super Bowl half-time show that caused much of the current debate in America over indecency standards and whether shows should air on a delay.
