Two more cycles of reality dating show The Bachelor have been ordered by ABC for the upcoming 2004-05 season.
The news comes as no surprise - the show is the network's top rated entertainment programme with an average of 13.1 million viewers an episode.
"We couldn't be happier to have our hit reality series back next season," said Andrea Wong, senior vice president for Alternative Series and Specials at ABC. "Through brilliant casting and carefully added elements to the original formula, the show is a rock on our primetime lineup."
