Spears was mocked in an episode of South Park last year and is said to have hoped to use the cameo as a 'retaliation'.
However, the series creator claimed that he rejected the offer because he did not want to start a feud with South Park writers Trey Parker and Matt Stone.
"That would do more harm than good. [It] would take too much work," WENN quotes him as saying.
