Jenna Elfman and Amy Smart have been cast in upcoming pilots for CBS and ABC, claims The Hollywood Reporter.
Elfman has been handed the lead role in CBS's comedy Accidentally on Purpose. She will play a San Francisco movie critic called Billie who "accidentally" falls pregnant after a brief fling with a younger man.
Crank actress Smart has been tapped to star in ABC's See Cate Run. Originally called I, Claudia, the legal drama will revolve around a young prosecutor who is a future contender for the Presidency of the US.
Elfman is most famous for her starring role in sitcom Dharma And Greg, while Smart recently appeared alongside Kiefer Sutherland in Mirrors.
