US TV network FOX has bought the rights to Sky One airline drama Mile High.

The broadcaster has optioned the format for six months, during which time it will make a broadcast pilot before deciding whether to commission a full series.

The show - which follows the lives and loves of the cabin crew on the fictional 'Fresh' airline - has aired on Sky One since 2002.
