Tiberius and Red Shirt are designed for men, while Ponn Farr is a perfume for women, website TrekMovie reports.
Tiberius, which has top notes of citron zest and black pepper, is inspired by the middle name of Captain James T. Kirk.
Makers Genki Wear said of the fragrance: "Tiberius Cologne for men is difficult to define and impossible to refuse."
Red Shirt boasts top notes of green mandarin and bergamot and is inspired by the short-lived cannon fodder on away missions.
Genki Wear said that it is aimed at those with a "devotion to living each day as it could be your last".
Ponn Farr is named after a Vulcan mating ritual and is designed to "drive him wild".
