The project is about organ transplants seen from three points of view; the doctors, the donors and the recipients.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, O'Loughlin will play Dr Andy Yablonski, the workaholic head of the team who is separated from his wife and lives in a motel near the hospital.
Moennig will play a self-destructive heart and lung transplant fellow, while Henney is to star as a wealthy kidney/liver/pancreas transplant specialist.
