Sloane, Ellis land 'Pulling' leads

Lindsay Sloane and Mary Elizabeth Ellis have landed lead roles in ABC's comedy pilot Pulling.

The pilot, based on the British show of the same name, revolves around three single thirty-something women.

The women end up living together after Sloane's character breaks off her engagement the day before her wedding.

Sloane and Ellis will be joined in the pilot by Charlie Finn, who has been cast as the jilted fiancé.

Finn previously starred alongside Sloane in the comedy series Help Me Help You.
