Union, Green, Wade for 'Body Politic'

Gabrielle Union, Brian Austin Green, Jay Hernandez and Jenny Wade have been cast as leads in The CW's drama pilot Body Politic.

The pilot follows a young woman called Hope who moves to Washington to work for a senator, focusing on the relationships she forges with her colleagues.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Green will play the President's advisor and Union will portray his on/off girlfriend, who is a legislative director.

Hernandez will play a naval officer, while Wade is cast as an idealistic young staffer.

The four will be joined in the pilot by Minka Kelly, who was cast as Hope earlier this month.
