NBC renews 'Friday Night Lights'

DirecTV and NBC have made a deal which means that the football drama will see a fourth and fifth season of 13 episodes each.
The show, produced by Liz Heldens, centres on the small rural town of Dillon, Texas, where the state football championship rings are held in the highest regard.
Heldens has recently written a pilot titled Mercy, which has been ordered by NBC.
