The one-hour unscripted series - titled Someone's Gotta Go - will see employees called to a meeting and informed that there will be layoffs.
The show, dubbed the anti-Apprentice, also features a big twist - the staff will be allowed to determine who is fired.
Company employees will have access to internal information - including budgets, HR files and salaries - to help make their decision.
Each episode will focus on a different company, and will see the host serve as a consultant to the various organisations.
