Blagojevich to be on reality show?

Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich is being lined up to appear on the US version of I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here, but only if the courts will allow it.

NBC has been seeking household names to fill the reality show's roster, and confirmed Blagojevich's possible involement to the The Hollywood Reporter.

"Rod Blagojevich will be a participant on the show pending the court's approval," an NBC spokesperson said.

His attorney plans to file a request to loosen the travel restrictions placed upon his client, since the show will be filmed in Costa Rica.

Blagojevich was indicted on April 1 of federal corruption charges, including 11 counts of wire fraud, three of extortion, one of racketeering, and one of lying to federal investigators, and has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
