Supernatural drama Medium has been picked up for a sixth season, according to reports.
The show, which stars Patricia Arquette as a medium working to help fight crime, will return midseason in 2009-10.
Medium's pickup - on the eve of NBC's upfronts presentation - is expected to be in the 13 to 18-episode range.
