NBC cancels 'My Name Is Earl'

The comedy series was notably absent from the network's 2009-10 schedule, which was released yesterday.
Ethan Suplee, who plays Randy, also confirmed the news via his Twitter, writing: "Just got the call that My Name Is Earl has been cancelled. They sure did take their time with that decision - or rather informing us of it."
According to reports, Earl producers are in talks with Fox and ABC about picking up the show.
