'16 & Pregnant' renewed by MTV

The documentary series, which follows teenagers through their pregnancy and sees them adjust to parenthood, was picked up for a second run following the broadcast of just three episodes.
MTV has also announced plans for a season finale special, 16 And Pregnant: Life After Labour, which will be hosted by celebrity psychiatrist Dr. Drew Pinsky.
The special, which will see the new mothers from the first season discuss their experiences before a live studio audience, will air on July 23.
