According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Mean Girls star has teamed up with her fashion line partner Kristi Kaylor to create Unforgettable Productions.
The pair are said to be developing a series of shows including Faux Real - billed as Entourage for the fashion world - and a dating game show titled That's What Friends Are For.
Kaylor said of the new projects: "We're taking a 360-degree approach. Lindsay is 23 years old, and she's so plugged in to mobile media."
It was recently confirmed that Lohan is to make a guest appearance in the sixth season of Project Runway alongside Christina Aguilera.
