FX greenlights new animated comedy
Published Tuesday, Jul 14 2009, 16:34 BST | By Dan French

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the series, from Adam Reed, has received a six-episode order for a Fall launch.
The comedy is set at ISIS, an international spy agency where employees use global crises to confuse, betray and undermine each other.
Jon Benjamin will voice suave master spy Sterling Archer; Jessica Walter will be portraying Malory, his domineering mother and boss; and Aisha Tyler will play his ex-girlfriend Agent Lana Kane.
Chris Parnell and Judy Greer will also provide voiceovers for the series.
"This project has been a great surprise for us," said FX's Nick Grad. "It is a smart, adult comedy, and the characters are given voice by a terrific cast. It clearly fits the FX brand, and we believe it will find support from the fans of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia."
