The 35-year-old actor, who played A.C. Slater on the hit teen sitcom, revealed that fans keep approaching him to suggest the project.
Speaking to People magazine, Lopez explained: "Everybody is fired up. People keep coming up to me saying: 'When are you guys going to do a show?'"
The Saved By The Bell cast recently came together for a People photoshoot to mark the show's 20th anniversary. However, there are currently no firm plans to extend the reunion onto television.
Lopez added that he is currently busy with his MTV talent show America's Best Dance Crew, as well as promoting his new children's book Mud Tacos.
Discussing the inspiration behind his writing project, he said: "It's stories about my sister Marisa and me growing up. My grandmother was always cooking, and she never let us in the house. So in the backyard, we made taco shells out of leaves and meat out of mud.
"The book encourages kids to use their imagination - plus you learn a little Spanish. I think kids are going to dig it."
Saved By The Bell screened its final episode in 1993. It later spawned two spinoff shows, Saved By The Bell: The College Years and Saved By The Bell: The New Class.
