According to The Hollywood Reporter, the pair will join the previously announced Dave Franco as part of the main cast on the medical comedy's upcoming ninth season.
Mosley, 31, has been cast in the role of Drew, a scruffy and attractive thirysomething med student who was previously a top candidate at Harvard Medical School. Bishe will play a 22-year-old first year med student called Lucy.
Mosley's previous television credits include The Mentalist and Kings, while Bishe has appeared in Royal Pains and Life On Mars.
