'V' production 'temporarily halted'

The ABC reboot of the '80s miniseries has taken a two-week 'creative hiatus', The Wrap reports.
A Warner Bros spokesperson said the studio wants to "take advantage of our November premiere to maximise creative opportunities and deliver the audience the best show possible". However, the representative did not elaborate on why the break was ordered.
The move is not expected to delay the show's November 3 debut and an insider said that no staffing changes had been carried out on the remake.
It was reported earlier that producers had said that they are considering casting actors from the original miniseries and the TV programme it spawned.
