Rihanna, Jay-Z and Kanye West were announced as the musical guests for the US chatshow's inaugural instalment on September 14, while comedian Jerry Seinfeld will be the presenter's first interview on the programme.
The 16-year-old will feature on the September 16 episode, while she will take part in a new piece called '10 at 10', according to MTV.
"The segment connects Jay with newsmakers and celebs around the world for a series of 10 rapid fire questions," a rep for the NBC series explained.
Other stars lined up for the first week of The Jay Leno Show include Tom Cruise, Robin Williams, Halle Berry and Eric Clapton.
Leno recently denied that he is worried about his new 10pm timeslot, which some broadcast affiliates have said takes away five hours of primetime viewing per week.
