According to The Hollywood Reporter, the cable network has ordered eight hour-long episodes of Teen Mum, a documentary series featuring four girls from the first season of Pregnant.
The four intertwined stories in the spinoff will follow topics such as marriage, family support, finances, graduation, job-hunting and adoption.
MTV recently renewed 16 & pregnant for a second season and announced plans to air a season finale special hosted by celebrity psychiatrist Dr. Drew Pinsky on July 23.
